The Tarnish Crown Court can only be found by those who are in the Tarnish Crown. Its location is under the Sleeping Lamb. However the only entrance is through a black door inside the Sleeping Lamb. Once you enter there is passage that leads to a cottage, that cottage is molded into the wall of the passage. The cottage is known as the King of Thieves house. ( Which is dangerous to enter or steal from.) The only exit other than through the Sleeping Lamb is a passage that leads into the Underway, However, going to the Underway is dangerous.

Past the King of Thieves cottage however is the Court where the underground black market along with other venders that sale stolen goods in the Tarnish Crown Court can be found.
