No New Posts Toldale

The kingdom of Toldale is one of the most beautiful places in Feyerlun. Although it is of only average size, the tall stone walls and delicate marble embellishments around every golden gate create an architecture that is nothing short of awe-inspiring. The city is divided into two main districts, and the streets are well-planned and gridlike; a more condescending observer might say that the city is a little too uptight. There is no litter on the ground. The buildings that line the wide streets are made from stone with thatched roofs, and many have small backyards or window boxes. The Guards in Toldale, unlike those in Setanul, are terrifying, perhaps explaining the city's rather strict attitude. However, when at ease, the locals are very hospitable. The city is known for its military aspects and trade.

No New Posts Moon Temple - 1 Viewing

A monument built to honor the five major Pantheons and their offspring. Here the moon temple stands outside of Setanuls grand gates in order for travelers to pay respects. White marble stones build up the tower, and on top a beautiful crystal crescent moon sits. Large white marble statues of the gods can be found in the garden, except one statue, only feet remain of Caster`s in the great garden.

No New Posts The Hanging Man

The Hanging Man is a tavern that is located right at the border of North-east Ka'Glen. Its stands just outside the entrance to the Forever Forest, However, it's in a strip of neutral land and does not owe allegiance to anything. It's a Tavern and inn for any wayfarer, and travelers use it as a meeting point. Or as a place to get drunk and bathe after coming out or going into the Forever Forest.

No New Posts Sol Meadow

Sol is a mysterious, massive area of shrubs and small vegetation that stretches out from the base of the Heavens Pass before winding down to the southern shore. Scrubs and heather are prevalent, which lend Sol its distinctive purple tint. A fine mist hangs almost constantly over the area, enough to slightly obscure the vision and lend a general unease to the Meadow. Most people do not linger here too long, though the place does have its charms; the wildlife is varied and exciting. It's also a great merchant route between South and North Ka'Glen.

No New Posts Goussael River

The Goussael River is the last post of serenity before one crosses into North-Eastern Ka'Glen. Its banks are smooth, pebble slopes that slip into slow-flowing, clear waters. The riverbed is lined with pretty little pebbles and, scattered amongst the stones, are fossils that date back during the time of the gods. Lining the riverbanks are massive oak trees that sway gently in the breeze. The water's soothing babbling, and the brushing of the trees are the prevalent sounds at this tranquil river.

No New Posts White Stag Arena

A beautiful coliseum of sandstone pillars and hand painted tapestries line the inside the arena. Outside large statues of war horses guard the four entrances to the large structure. Before you get to the stands large paintings of the gods fighting can be seen. It is a wonder that the people of Feyerlun enjoy. Here fighters and mages test their skills against one another.

No New Posts White Grove - 1 Viewing

The Grove is, without doubt, the most sacred place in all of Feyerlun. Six ancient thick-trunked oak trees stand in a wide circle, their massive leafy branches providing ample shade for resting animals and humanoids. Into each trunk, close to ground level, is carved an image of one of the Deities. These likenesses are unalterable and permanent. However, Caster, the exiled Goddess, has a peculiar tree. There is a likeness of her human form carved into it, however it is faceless, and rather unnerving. The atmosphere here demands silence, and it almost feels as though the Deities are watching.

No New Posts Forever Forest

The forest is massive and stretches as far as the eye can see. It’s a wild, living thing that serves as home to some of the world’s most dangerous beasts. Venturing too deep into the woods unprepared and inexperienced would surely spell disaster. The accounts of people disappearing into the woodwork never to return are too many to be nothing more than myth. There’s a local legend that a monster lives in the forest, hungry for the souls of the lost and the wayward. It’s enough to keep the children in line, at least.

Board Information & Statistics

Board Description
South-East Ka'Glen
The territory of Ka'Glen is so large when compared to the other landmasses in Feyerlun, that it is generally split into two halves; North-East Ka'Glen and South-East Ka'Glen. The South-Eastern part of Ka'Glen is very similar to its close neighbour, if a touch smaller. The region itself is mostly temperate grassland, with fairly demure scenery. There are several farmsteads around the rivers, which offer a constant supply of clear water to the territory. Moving southwards, the landscape becomes slightly more dramatic, with the ominous peaks of the Heavens Pass looming in the distant horizon.
