Full Name: Aria Wurud
Gender: Female
Race: Deity/Phioric Angel
Occupation Owner of the Bloody Mary/ Tarnished Crown Rogue
Age: 24
Birthday: October 31
APPEARANCE
Aria is a rather petite woman in vertical stature, reaching only five feet in height tho she swears up and down there should be an extra inch in there. She is slender with long well toned limbs, her whole body is well toned being exercised regularly. When it comes to womanly curves she's well endowed; filling out quite nicely since her teenage years. Her skin is soft porcelain white with a rosy tinge, her face angular in the features almost elf like with full deep pink lips. Blue green eyes stand out among long dark eyelashes. A large flame shaped scar mars the left side of her face. Reaching from her jaw line up past her left eye. Aria's hair once shorter now tumbles down to her thighs. Its color a deep red the color of garnet, its curl only soft waves. Upon her forearm a black throwing dagger tattoo could be seen. Her back held a similar type of a tattoo only of a sword extended into a sharp whip like section which wrapped around her back like a snake. The hilt of the sword tattoo had angelic wing like hand guards. The only color to it was a sky blue gem which sat in the middle of the wings.
PERSONALITY
Aria simply put is a busybody, a smart ass, and is as eccentric and odd as they come. She is a quick learner and had a keen eye for picking up subtle details. Over the years Aria has picked up quite a vindictive temper; mainly surfacing when she was over tired or woken up rudely, such as being kidnapped and thrown into a random bed in the middle of the night. She is fiercely loyal to her friends and family, going to great lengths to ensure there happiness. Her general nature is a happy energetic one; still having as much energy as she did eight years ago.
BACKGROUND
Aria's earliest memories begin back in the orphanage; but going back even further she had been born into a happy home with a loving mother and a loving father. One glorious week was this little infant held happily in her mother's arms. One week of the gazes of smiling parents madly in love and overjoyed with their precious bundle. Tragedy struck and a choice was made. Alone was little Aria left on the Orphanage step; lovingly wrapped and left with a promise, a red jewel clutched in tiny hands. The Orphanage took the little angel in; not one clue on who left the small child. Only clue was the name scrawled back on the pendent the young one now suckled on.
The orphanage was crowed, being home to kids of all ages. little to begin with and even less to go around. Much of the time it was chaos in those crowded bunks; six or more small children sharing a single bed. Often large out breaks of knits, or sickness would generally make life miserable. Food was scarce sometimes being nothing more than a stale piece of bread and some cold cabbage soup. Older children would care for the infants, milking goats for their meals, and carrying them around on their backs in slings. Shoeless and often clothed in rags the younger children would be seen roaming around the streets usually adding to the amount of people begging on the streets.
Aria back then was as adorable as they came, at lease she was underneath all that dirt. She had dark wild curly red hair, and large blue green eyes always filled with wonder. A smile always on her face despite her lot in life. Often scabbed and bruised Aria was always an adventurous type. Often being on the wrong end of a stick for getting under the wrong sort of persons feet. She was independent, outspoken, and always full of questions. Most of the time she would be found at a story tellers feet, eyes wide open as she was captivated by fantastic stories. Bards in particular caught this young ones interest, finding an escape in the wondrous melodies.
It was at the age of four during one of these wanderings that Aria came across an older boy in the market. She remembers the meeting clearly because it was at the sweet cart; and he tossed her a small cherry honey drop. Such a simple gesture, but one which gained the little girls attachment. After all what young child wouldn't fallow a strange man around who gave her candy. Day after day Aria would return back to the market and find the boy; a bond was formed. Afternoons were spent playing with fake swords, skipping rocks, exploring the city, wandering the woods and pranks abound. If there was ever a point during her early child hood in which she was truly happy it would have been during those moments.
One day the visits just stopped; worried the eight year old Aria searched for him high and low. Days would be spent fruitless. Months went by and the poison dripping from the words of her bunk mates in the orphanage began to eat away at her. Unhinged she lashed out; ostracizing herself from her peers. Beatings started as she got into fights; often being ganged up on making her lash outs all the worse. Her food was often spat in or thrown on the ground, chamber pots often chucked conveniently as she walked by. Taught not to take such things laying down Aria rebelled; always fighting back and always with her head held up high. But time and consistency had a habit of wearing even the toughest down. It was during a particular nasty beating that Aria snapped unleashing a sleeping power deep within herself. Seven children were rushed to the doctor for treatment for severe burns. Aria was forced at that point to leave the small bit of haven the orphanage provided.
On the streets Aria was forced to provide for herself, life was hard. During the summer it was easier, needing only to find shelter when it down poured. She often went to sleep curled up under someone's parked wagon, or in a hay loft she may have snuck into when no one was watching. It became a talent of hers to sneak into and leave places without being noticed. During the day she would attempt to find work, doing errands for nobles or running messages. She became well known as one of the better guides through the city; knowing the ins and outs of every nook and crany of the city. Her knowledge of the lay out even extended to the complicated maze that was the cities sewers. It was this knowledge that she put to good use helping a stray rogue or two out of a tight jam. Making a name for herself among the crooked helped her as a guide. As long as she lent a hand every now and then her clients who used her as a guide were generally left alone. It was a mutual relationship and one that worked well for her.
It was when she first left the orphanage that Aria began to noticed another strange thing about herself. What once was meows, or woofs slowly began to form words for her. At first she thought she had been losing it, that madness had certainly set in. Eventually she accepted she was insane and began to talk back to her new found furry friends. Imagine her shock when she found they answered back...she realized her insanity was reality when she discovered animals would often fallow complex directions. This was a power she found was priceless; it proved to be the difference of surviving on the streets or perishing.
Now sixteen her life fell into a pattern, some days she would get to eat others she wouldn't. Her form was skinny more bone then meat. Obviously lacking good nutrition but such a state was normal for most in the lower districts. When she was too weak to find food, it always seemed to find her. Life was tough but she always managed to get by. One day something most unusual happened, a small pillar of fire shortly fallowed by a very angry red eyed male. A demon it turned out had been banished to this world right before her eyes...so what did she do? She followed him of course. Grumpy as he was she liked the strange fellow. Who would have guessed he would end up playing a large part in her life.
One day Aria was fulfilling her end of the deal and leading some wrong doers to freedom when the need to split up and hide arose. Seeing how most wouldn't brave the sewers that were Arias go to choice for a quick getaway. Usually it was a good choice but this time she happened to drop right in front of the only two freaking people taking a leisurely stroll through the sewers. This was kind of an oh shit moment for her, because the person she jumped down in front of had a giant tigers head and was covered in fur. These beasts were unnerving and made her freeze in fear; only to hear another man with skunk colored hair ask the other to ask if she was ok. The one eyed skunk man not even glancing at her....shortly after she fled.
A clean escape made Aria soon met another person that would play a role in her life; a white haired man with the strangest tiger. The tiger being the one to catch her interest, Aria instantly bonded with the odd beast. Soon gaining the notice of its owner; he offered to buy her a meal out of kindness and pity. A gesture that touched her for such kindness was odd to find. There meeting was brief but it was the first of many to come.
Aria went along with her normal business, until one guide job went awry. It was a job for a noble and the person hired her and another off the streets to help guard his precious cargo. When the cargo went missing guess who was conveniently placed to blame. Stealing from a noble was a serious crime; Aria was severely beaten as she denied being involved in any of it. Still claiming her innocence Aria was carted off to the castles prisons. She awoke in her cell beaten and confused, her mind foggy from a set in concussion. She awoke in time to see a finely dressed man come down dragging another prisoner by chains. She called out her innocence like so many those around her. He reacted by stopping at her cell and grabbing the woman whom he led down in chains to the bars of her cell and demanded her to proclaim it again. She did, and the woman whom was beaten black and blue her head shaved to stubble confirmed her innocence...Not that it mattered much for he threw the woman in the cell across from her and left. Moments later a guard came down into the cells and began to release the battered woman. She stopped him and directed him to take her and run. When he turned to do so she was shocked to find the man was the same one she had met in the sewers days earlier. He released her and went to work on freeing the other woman. She spoke to him saying new hero's were arising, and then turned to her and said to never lose the light in the darkness. As she finished two guards came down weapons raised. The one eyed man was quick to react quickly gutting one before turning to the other....To see another man's life leave through his eyes while his guts spills to the floor was one that unraveled Aria. Her powers activated when she was stressed went out in full panic mode; they couldn't get caught and they needed to get out. Reacting to her distress anything that was nearby reacted, mainly the rats which came in swarms. Quickly overwhelming the other guard which quickly met a gruesome death.
A wave of pain, as lives were blinked out into nothingness. She felt herself die a thousand times over as a large wave of energy tore through the cells. As Aria came to her senses there was a large hole in the floor; the emperor Zarious stood on the other side of the small gully with sword in hand. The corpses of the rats who came to rescue her littered the floor. They were caught there was no way they were going to escape...that was until the emperor did something most strange. He gave them a choice; to attempt to get past with the strange shaved woman, or to leave her and go freely. To this day she doesn't know what prompted the Emperor to give them that choice. It resulted with the man reluctantly leaving the woman to the emperor's clutches and taking her and running.
Course he never specified how long feely would last; she soon found herself being hunted........and for the oddest reason. Claims that she was associated with the King of Thieves popped up, somehow possessing valuable information. This caused confusion to no end and resulted in her being on the run. It was ducking capture a second time that she once more ran into the white haired man known as Adrain. Concerned for her safety he offered to protect her; but first she would have to change to avoid capture. So there in the back ally Adrain proceeded to cut her waist length hair to a short hair cut that bobbed around her ears and turn it to a muddy brown. It was in this act that once again the one eyed man made an appearance. Aria had put two and two together and called him out on being the King of Thieves; to which he responded with an invitation into the Thieves of Nova. Seeing how she was already being hunted for it Aria agreed.
Aria was no more and a young boy by the name of Alex took her place. She had bound her chest flat and had put on pants and a tunic instead of the skirts which were expected of woman to wear. As a boy jobs certainly came easier, for she was hired to work as a stable hand at a tavern in the lower district. Once more she ran into the demon she had run into in the alley; he was angered to find a boy instead of Aria, resulting in an attack. One which was quickly interrupted by Adrain making an appearance and thoroughly kicking his ass for hurting the young girl, before revealing it was Aria the whole while. So her situation was now known to three.
Her association with the thieves proved to be most fortunate as the man she now knew as Garrett led her to the Bloody Mary. Where he introduced her to an Elvish woman known as the silver maiden. This woman was the third officer of the Thieves of Nova and she had a personality bigger then her breasts. Aria took a liking to the older female whom quickly turned into a role model for her.
Seeing how she had a job now that she posed as Alex she found her free time extended greatly. One which she spent in the market much like she used to when she was younger. It was during one of these afternoons that a jumpy scrawny man seemed to be getting picked on. She stepped in; seeing how he was carrying books and that he announced he was a Liberian she instantly took interest. Aria had always wished that she could read and instantly went to pestering the scrawny man on how one would go about learning. His response was to tell her that little gruddy boys should know where they belong and learn not to over reach their station. Now that had just rubbed her the wrong way, so she took it upon herself to drive this man nuts for the rest of the day. She followed him to his work much to his displeasure. Where she pestered him more for information on how to learn how to read. It was during a point of a melt down on the librarians end that Adrain made an appearance. Surprised to see her there he asked what she was doing. She told him her wish to learn and in another act of kindness proceeded to work something out with the librarian. While the angry librarian changed his toon quite quickly with the foreign Prince Aria was asked to wait by one of the numerous statues of the god Saden in the library. Unhappy and sure her new friend was getting swindled she couldn't help but turn to the statue and ask it to bestow wrathy paper cuts onto the librarian. Hearing the odd request to the statue the owner of the Library, a man by the name of Sand, approached her and asked why she would ask such a thing. She told him why only to see the man do some weird thing with ink....resulting in a terrified librarian. From that moment she decided she like this man. With that Arias education was secured, her new teacher the one she wished wrathy paper cuts to...so a fate much worse than any paper cut.
While Adrain and the librarian were talking Aria was intrigued by the man named Sand. He had a serious if not sad looking face but his humor was evident in his actions. More so when he suddenly began to read to her from a small little red book; titled the girl who dressed as a man.
Things began to look brighter once more; she gained yet another friend a demoness named Roxy. She also gained a new companion; whom she named Briar. Trained as a war horse Briar had a temper; being so hot headed the previous owner was eager to be rid of him. The grand races were coming up at the White Stag Arena and the prize was a hefty sum. The tavern owner whom Aria worked for took a chance and bought the beast. The lad who worked for him was small and light and had a fair hand with animals; so naturally he gave the beast to the boy to train. Aria was delighted to meet the grumpy horse; yes she got nipped at and kicked a few times but she grew on the beast. She named him Briar a name which he found suited him well. Aria learned threw her gift that Briar's temper came from mistreatment from his old owner, who was much to firm on the bit and never checked his saddles for burs. With constant care Aria grew on Briar seeing her as spirited as a young philly and as silly as one as well. He decided he would allow Aria to ride him in the upcoming race, one which they went on to win. The tavern keeper being delighted with the prize in turn gave Aria Briar to keep as her very own. After all it was her or the butcher.
Roxy who began just as an acquaintance became a regular part of Arias life; they shared many conversations and Aria found her very useful in learning about another realms demons...it made it a bit easier to understand her other temperamental friend. However as great as these new found friendships were Arias health began to take a turn for the worse. Her movements became sluggish and painful, and she felt incredibly nauseas, and this feeling only became worse as the week went on. Black spots began to creep up starting from her belly; it was a symptom she had missed entirely. Her friends how ever did not notice the change in the normally hyperactive girls character so her deadly symptoms almost went unnoticed. Sand noticed the girls condition and asked her what was wrong; being the blunt type she honestly told him. It was here that he delivered the most dreadful news; she was going to die. It was a disease known as Manna Corruption; a deadly disease besides for a lucky few. Panicked she was, for there was much she had unfinished in her short life. The mystery of where she came from, the lack of time with her new friends, to know it was going to end so soon devastated the poor girl. Sand not able to see the child in pain did something he wasn't suppose to do; for he had his own rules he needed to fallow. To calm the child Sand read to Aria from the little red book; a fathers last caring words and promise to his young daughter. Aria at this point had accepted she was the character in this strange book; she accepted these words meant for her, but this only raised more questions from the mysterious library owner. Sand while having Aria thoroughly distracted cured Aria, along with removing the source that caused the corruption to begin with. Who would have guessed that something would come back and slap her across the face later that year.
Aria cured had a second chance on life; her close brush with death kept between herself and Sand. Once again things turned rocky on a trip to the hot springs. Creo, Bel her jumpy teacher, Dante her grumpy demon friend, and Roxy all met up at the spring. Aria still being Alex that time chose not to partake in the baths; more of a side line chatter. She had come to the springs with Creo and she found she liked the place. However they were then visited by another being it, a man showed up in the springs with skin as black as night with horns set upon his head. A wicked shark like grin and deep red predator like eyes, he was a man of legend. The gods were said to have left Fey over a thousand years ago, many didn't believe they still existed. But here one was right in the watery pools and heading straight for Aria. He trailed a tongue along her cheek claiming she tasted oh so good. Creep defenses activated Aria did what any teenage girl being licked by a strange creepy man would do. She punched him in the face; flames erupting around her hand. She had just punched and burned the face of a gods... Her thoughts 'ohhh... shit!'
Her friends jumped up in her defense; trying to talk the god down. Aria seeing this as probably a onetime chance to talk to a god wanted to ask some questions....Bel quickly shut her up. Apparently it wasn't a good time to satisfy ones curiosity. Creo was the one to save the day as she invited the demon to her home at the Bloody Mary for a meal. Appeased the god Zepon left...for the time being. Angered the other demon named Dante turned on Aria for her stupidity. He exposed her to her friends to be the girl she was, ripping the bindings from her chest. Leaving the young Aria mortified along with a couple shocked friends. Sensing Arias distress Adrains tiger led the white haired man to the springs; seeing that once again the demon had turned on Aria angered him. Once more the demon was faced with a very angry mage.
Exposed and feeling as though she owed a debt Aria began to spend more of her spare time at the Mary. She helped out as a bar maid, cleaning, serving food, pest control, and other odd jobs. A decision was made for her to try to better control over her abilities. After all accidently burning a god in the face was reason enough not to do it again...though she still meant to punch him she won't deny that. Aria approached Adrain for lessons, his first act was to direct her to the library. Aria put her reading lessons to good use as she began her research. Sand once again present inquired to what she was going; him being easy to confide in told him what she was attempting to do. She confided in the incident at the spring and even towards the incident in the cells where she had lost control of another type of power. Sand in turn educated her upon a special piece of jewelry that she always wore; the necklace he told her was called a fire stone. As long as she wore it, she would not have to worry about losing to her powers at least until she gained control over them. Safety ensured and worries set aside Aria dove into the world of magic. Reading every book she could get her hand on and practicing in secret. Adrian provided the base that she needed and she took off on her own after that.
Progress was being made Aria took another trip back to the springs; Serai came with her for the tiger spent its time away from its master with her. Serai proved to be the trigger for her first transformation; at least partial transformation. She allowed herself to get into the large beasts head, experiencing the world threw his eyes. When she opened her own she found fur covered her body, claws on her hands, her ears had traveled to the top of her head and formed into ones much like the tiger her sat by her. She could smell better; hear better, even had a tail. This new revelation was an exciting one, not only could she talk to animals she could change into them as well.
Her job as a stable hand was not forgotten as she continued to perform her day to day duties; she was often finished quickly because she often had help from unlikely places. One day a panicked chicken burst out from inside the tavern; she caught glimpses of a red headed man and something involving a trunk...chickens where always confusing to talk to. Curious on what happened to the poor animal she went inside; only to run into Roxy. Roxy wasn't looking so good; Aria recognized the symptoms off the bat...and so did the chicken man. The man called for someone to summon Dr Myles, and to say the crown and dagger needed him. This man was a part of the thieves; information that was intriguing but placed aside due to the worry for her friend. Dr. Myles proved to be a greater mystery; he smelled of spring and seemed a bit off his rocker. He brought her friend up into a room to heal her, Aria by then knew the process that was require offered to help. Her help was denied as she witness something most curious. Myles had a faint image of wings as he pulled the corrupted mana from Roxy....and considering her experience at the springs Arias hunch did not seem too far off...especially do the fact his name was a letter or two off.. The old senile man cured Roxy, and gave them both a pretty white flower. When he went to leave the horse he arrived on was somehow missing; along with the red head who had called for him. Aria allowed Myles to ride back to his clinic on Briar.
She ran into the red haired man once more at the Mary, well more like he rammed in. Aria was having some girl talk with Creo when her door suddenly got kicked in. There with a bouquet of flowers in hand he boisterously asked the silver maiden out; much to a certain crushing scrawny librarian's demise. More so when Creo agreed to it; however there was a catch and Aria was to be dragged along...who in return dragged Bel along. Her teacher only agreeing due to the simple fact, Aria should never be left unsupervised...or at least that's what he told himself.
A daily routine to the springs was established. After a daily soak she decided to work on her new found form; transforming into the human tiger hybrid. During her run through the forest she happened upon Dante and a strange site indeed. He was working with odd circles filled with ruins; a monstrous demon being summoned forth. She sat back and watched, until she noticed the demon begin to belittle the other whom she considered a friend despite their shaky foundation. Aria stepped out and challenged what the demon lord umbra was feeding to Dante; they exchanged arguments. All while Aria slowly approached the runes; in a sly move Aria began to alter the markings on the ground. Adding embellishments of her own onto the demonic rune. Aria being a firm believer where ever there was evil there was light in it somewhere spoke of such a balance. Where there was destruction soon came new life. She demonstrated this all while directing her speech not towards Umbra but towards Dante whom was struggling with himself. She wanted to get the point across that there was good in him for she had seen it and to not let Umbra poison him with his words. Her actions had an effect as the runes she altered activated, a seed which she had planted in the middle of the runes sprouted. She felt the energy being pulled from her being as the seedling arced up growing as tall as she was. Its bark was white as a birch, and its leaves gold and silver. The tree hummed with her power; the demon Umbra being banished as the runes which connected him to this world was destroyed. Aria would later find out that this tree had an odd effect; allowing her to be aware of the going ons within its general proximity. Aria would later make valuable items from branches from this tree given to her closest friends. Little did they know the trees power carried over to the gifts.
Tragedy struck as Creos offer was finally called upon; Aria just returning from the gorge came back to the Bloody Mary to find Creo and tell her of events that just took place. The site that waited her was horrifying. The Bloody Mary was drenched in blood, tables tipped, bodies littered the floors; it was a terrifying site. Panic set in as she tore upstairs to Creos room; her body being absent from the count gave her some hope. Changing her shape she used her heightened senses to get some clue; the smell of death and decay was setting in; but she recognized two scents. One being Creos, the other the librarian Bels. Along with a strange sweet smell that she was unable to place....but strange aside she knew Bel would have taken her dear friend to one place. Off she went in a panicked run; she arrived at Myles clinic to find Bel shocked beyond reason. His robes covered in her friend's blood. Only thing she could get from him was Zepon had paid a visit. Soon she learned Creo had been doused by a neurotoxin contained by Raul dust and then eaten by the demon...but she would live.
Aria returned to the Bloody Mary, the bodies had been cleared but the gore remained. Rolling up her sleeves Aria got to work erasing the nights marks. The project took her a few days to complete; and the guilt for being the spark of such an even ate away at her. She felt like she needed to do more and in an act of extreme stupidity of the highest caliber decided she was going to hunt down Zepon. What she had planned to do when she found him she hadn't a clue. She tracked the scent of death and decay to the white grove. She took to a tree and looked down at the god of death; choosing her wording carefully. She began to call him out when Sand made an appearance. Zepon called him Mylee's dog and Sand was revealed at Saden. Sand placed himself between the tree she was in and Zepon not taking the bait Zepon was giving him. Zepon quick as he was put a piece of a puzzle together; one which he was so very amused to find. He revealed to Aria that the person who stood below her was indeed her father; the news was shocking to Aria. Zepon seeing the shock made sure to rub the kept secret in like salt to an open wound. She was angry she had to find out via a person she held in such distain, but the situation was taking a turn for the worse. Zepon released a powder ; sweet smelling powder. Aria being higher up had time to wrap the sash she had been wearing around her nose and mouth, to avoid breathing in the fine powder. Angry as she was she dropped down worried for Sand whom had just breathed in the toxins and was being affected by them. Zepon approached and Aria sent up a wall of flames; putting her new training to use. Saden ordering her to close her eyes took his true form and with his instruction Aria increased the inferno around Zepon as he proceeded to banish the death god back to the outer forest. Zepon banished Aria turned to the person she now knew was her birth father....her father and A GOD....course the god part hadn't quite set in yet. Saden looked as though he was a dog that got kicked; Aria had to make a decision right there....to answer to the anger her abandonment left or to forgive and move on. Not wanting to lose the chance to know her father she accepted him for what he was with the simple question of "should I call you Daddy now?"
Things began to calm down and Aria made the decision to switch to working at the Mary full time. Creo was back although understandably shaken, and was ready to see the lighter side of life once more. Creo organized a Bloody Mary trek up to the springs. Decked out in there skimpy glory Aria was also dragged into the festivities. Seeing how her secret of being a girl was out it was time she started to learn the art of if you got it you flaunt it. Creo was sure to give the girl a crash course in that lesson. Dressing Aria up in a tight purple two piece then out into the open Aria felt more than exposed. When they got to the springs she instantly took to the trees, preferring to avoid public eye. One by one people she knew appeared, Garrett, Ratty, Bel, Roxy, and even Dante made their appearance. Creo threatening if Aria didn't get down there she would make her do something far worse than mingle. Dante seeing the cowering Aria was happy to oblige the older woman and quickly yanked her out of the tree and dumped her into the springs. Down and exposed Aria took her place next to the one person she knew wouldn't be staring at her. Thank the gods for twitchy female phobic males. Aria began to enjoy herself while observing an interesting development between her teacher Bel and Creo. The two made an interesting pair. During this Garrett took the time to kindly answer some of her questions, like how Ratty was associated with the thieves. He quietly filled her in on Ratty and his and Creos relationship. Apparently the site of Garrett talking to a girl without stuttering like mad was a site that shouldn't last long. Ratty took it upon himself to cause the most awkward moment in Arias history. With a well placed landing of a slippery rock launched, Garrett liquored up as he was lost his footing. Down came the one eyed King of Thieves his lips crashing against Aria, and a badly placed hand on her breast. All before Aria herself was knocked back into the springs; she came up sputtering her face as red as her hair face to face with the mortified Garrett. To make things even she tackled Garrett upon immediately afterwards asking for a bottle of whiskey....she needed a drink after that.
(WIP)
When the war reached its peak her father being worried for her safety brought her to live in the glade of hero's. Aria continued her education under her father, along with furthering her control over her magical abilities. While not working on the magical or education aspect Aria was working on combat training with a certain special companion. She came back sporadically during the holidays to visit friends mainly because she hitched a ride with one of the old ones.
COMBAT
Aria uses a mix of melee and magic; being a phioric angel she is able to change parts or all of her shape into various animal forms. She is able to use these forms to fight, lurk, or just hang out. Draw back is although she transforms her clothes do not. So un transforming is always an interesting experience for those around her. She use to be modest about it but after eight years with Ai being the main female role model around her she has lost that aspect much to her father's discontent.
- A note to make in order to gain a new form of an animal she has to meet said animal first, and be able to meld her mind with its. This plays off of her ability to talk to animals telepathically; this includes intelligent beings for example dragons.
Aria is able to fight in her human form as well, her main weapon of choice being the sword tattooed on her back. Due to a spell she invented when she was sixteen she can spell metallic objects to be absorbed into the skin of the owner. She still uses this spell for the dagger on her wrist and the sword of light on her back, although the later had an interesting side effect.
Aria main talent for magic is subtlety; her more used spells being silencing spells, vanishing, lock picking. While certainly capable of flashy show she prefers using magic in a way where it's not as noticeable.
Aria is able to control fire, it has led her into a jam or to for lack of control over it...but over the years she has learned to gain control over the explosive ability being able to control it to certain degrees from heating a cup of tea to creating a massive inferno. This ability is rarely used and is highly effected by her temper.
Plant magic was another area she had dabbled in when she was younger, being able to accelerate and manipulate the growth of certain plants. Her favorite use of this magic is incorporating vines into her attacks to trip up opponents.
