APPEARANCE
Slightly built, with a thin square like frame. Louie stands to be about 6'2" and doesn't weight more than 175lbs. Which is mostly muscle tissue than fat. A odd thing about Louie is his natural hair color. Born with dark, navy blue, naturally long strait hair. Then you have his bright, majestic, baby blue eyes. A feature that always caught attention from the ladies. Tan, sun baked skin due to lack of being indoors. Cleaned shaved, and could dress in anything and play the role perfectly.
When it comes to garments, Louie is always seen in a sea-green tank, leather studded upper body armor, with matching leather waist-guard. Black tights, with black and white harem shorts. Black cafe-heigh boots with silver plated toe guard. Silver clasps running up ebony belts weaving in a helix pattern up the outer part of his legs. Around his neck a black leather sash normally sits. Silver clasps run along the sash creating a cape of loosely spaced black belts.
PERSONALITY
Women, booze, Lunar drops, and repeat again. This is the normal habit of Louie, been this way for over 10 years and it hasn't slowed down. Some times the poor sod wakes up in random places after eating the berries in the woods. Or his most latest habit extracting lunar drops into a liquid substance and consuming the droplets through the eyes and or other means. Destructive, but loyal. When it comes to spying or getting information, there is no that can out rank him. A master at disguise and a trickster to anyone who doesn't know him. To the public eye his a drunk, acid-tripping lunatic. But to the darker side of town, his known as the 'Silver Devil'.
Perverted, Psychotic, and above all a gentleman. Louie is your man to get the information, or goods.
BACKGROUND
Louie was born on one of the larger farms in South-East Ka'Glen. His father Cain Kanto, was a man who would take charge, but had a horrible problem. You see he had this gambling habit. Every month Cain would save up all of his money and go visit the 'Cripple Saloon' in Setanul. There he would drink and drink until the world was a blur, all for the sake of meeting 'her'. The 'Singing Clari' a show girl that worked in the tavern. A performer and 'entertainer' Clari was a doll. The next month Cain saved up enough to visit again, Clari was with child. His to be in fact. Thus Louie was born into the world 8 months later. Without a father, and a mother who was painted up like a sparkling image of a cheap Ai idol.
Life wasn't too hard in Setanul. He had plenty of attention from the bar girls who worked in the tavern. He got to know the owners, and learned from the customers how to woo and manipulate the people around him. Of course it got him in trouble a time or two, but it didn't stop him. Hell it was because of that bar, did he get his way into the Tarnish Crown. Becoming apart of the thieves as an informant and spy. Louie was an expert when it came to the network of how gossip and rumors. By detecting the differences between tall tales and truth. It was during a job in Toldale did Louie ran into his father. Stayed with the man for a couple of months on the farm. He was 25 then, ran into a young maiden. If anyone back home in Setanul knew Louie, is that he didn't believe in love at all. But around Eclair he was smitten. They were married in short time, had a child, and lived on a farm. Louie forgetting and leaving the life of a crime behind. Louie was 29 then, on his daughters 3rd birthday, his past finally caught up to him.
Like his father, Louie also had a gambling problem. He had lost a few bets and they came to collect. The men came in, took his wife and child. They held Louie down and forced him to watch as both were killed before his eyes. In raged, Louie killed the men. Left their bodies to rot in his house as he took what he could and ran. Ran all the way to Setanul. He found the Cripple Saloon, talked to the owner and became a resident. Shortly their after he joined back up with the Tarnish Crown.

Louie is a brawler, using his size, strength, and speed against his enemy. Similar to a mixed martial arts style. However he has recently dipped into fencing.
OTHER
'Moon's Tear' a rapier his wife had given him. It's blade is made with tiny flecks of CS. When the blade in contact with the air, the manna in the air reacts to the CS on the blade. It causes the blade to illuminate and freeze anything it touches until it is sheathed. However, he doesn't use Moon's Tear unless it is called for.
